- Building Operation and Mechanical Maintenance Services, North Platte Federal Building, 4300 East 3rd Street North Platte, Nebraska 69101. The Request for proposal will be issued on/or about (o/a) 03/30/2012. Solicitation number is GS06P12GXD0012. Proposals will be due thirty two (32) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. (05/02/2012). This proposed action is set-aside exclusively for small businesses. The NAICS code is 561210 and the size standard is $33.5 million. FSC code is S216. Contract award will be for a thirty six month base year, two thirty six month options, and one twelve month option. Once the solicitation is issued, questions are due no later than 3 p.m. Central Standard Time on April 12, 2012.
