- Description
- The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of Financial Research (OFR) and the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC), intends to award a purchase order to Corelogic on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for CoreLogic Real Estate Analytic Suite (REAS). The CoreLogic Real Estate Analytics Suite includes tracking tools such as Home Price Index (HPI), Market Value and Listing Trends, including foreclosure, negative equity, delinquency and REO data from 1976 to present. Included in the CoreLogic REAS is a mapping tool, allowing visual representation, analysis and presentation of the combined data sets. Trends reported on in FSOC's FY11 Annual Report must be updated as part of FSOC's FY12 annual report. It is an unacceptable high-level risk to introduce new data sources to pre-existing charts and increases the possibility of irregularity in the reporting. Charts in the annual report that utilize CoreLogic data source includes: Distressed Sales Share of Total Home Sales; National Repeat Sales Home Price Indexes; Price-to-Rent Ratio for Residential Property; Percent of Mortgages with Negative Equity. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by March 22, 2012 by 2:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention /L. Stanley. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
