CONTACT INFORMATION IS ALSO IN THE BODYOF THIS SOLICITATION.****************NASA/MSFC has a requirement for six (6) licensed seats of LDRA Testbed and TBrun toolsuite package and associated software modules to be used in static and dynamic testing. NASA/MSFC intends to purchase the items from LDRA Technology, Inc. on a sole sourcebasis.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the Kiera Spann at kiera.spann@nasa.gov, or fax to (256)544-6560, nolater than 4:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, March 22, 2012. Such capabilities/qualificationswill be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct thisprocurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to competethis proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to thisnotice, is solely within the discretion of the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
