- Replacement Backhoe-Loader for West Point Project Management Office, West Point, GA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a replacement Backhoe-Loader for West Point Project Management Office, West Point, GA. Brand Name or Equal to Model John Deere 410 J. The product must be delivered prior to 14 May 2012. Backhoe-Loader must be new or current year model. Indicate shipping costs separately. Specification is included in the solicitation. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 333120; the size standard for which is 750 employees. The solicitation will be issued as a direct download at the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http://www.fbo.gov on about 15 March 2012. All prospective bidders must be registered in FBO prior to downloading solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest.
