Description

Network Contracting Activity 8 is seeking responsible sources to provide Pharmguard Software License Version 5 (upgrades) and Software Maintenance. The items will be for the Department of Veterans Affairs, NF/SG VA Healthcare System Gainesville, FL location. This is a negotiated procurement; there will not be a public bid opening. Solicitation VA-248-12-Q-1053 will be available on or about March 28, 2012. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing FedBizOpps, a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. In order to obtain information from FedBizOpps, you will first be required to register with CCR (Central Contractor's Registration) database. You may access CCR at http://www.bpn.gov. Once you register with CCR you will be required to register with FedBizOpps. No federal materials can be downloaded until you have registered at both sites. Also, beginning January 1, 2005, as required by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission. You may access ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov. Potential offerors should refer to the solicitation package for instructions using ORCA. The electronic solicitation VA248-12-Q-1053 may be downloaded at http://wwwfedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), or any other action related to the solicitation. All questions and responses must be submitted in writing to cynthia.dixon@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. EST March 22, 2012. Responses should clearly state the ability to provide the items.
