- Non personal Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide 25 Moxie player-Content Playback Software (MOXXP6-P) and 25 Moxie Player-Content Playback Maintenance (MOXXP6-M) which is pro-rated to meet the renewal date of the existing 85 players that will expire on 5/15/12 as well as 110 Moxie Player-Content Playback Maintenance (MOXXP6-M) and Moxie Back Office (MOXB06C-M) 50-249 connections. The maintenance period for the initial 25 players will be from date of contract until 5/15/12. The maintenance period on all 110 players will be from 5/16/12 to 5/15/12. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. NAICS code is 334611. Solicitation will be for a Firm Fixed Price, Sole-Source contract. Qualified source is: OMNIVEX CORPORATION The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within two days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
