- The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota has a Requirement for a Reintegration Event for 800 Attendees. Event will be held on Sunday, June 24th 2012 Time: Staff support approximately 6:00 am to approximately 6:00 pm Attendees approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: Twin Cities Metro Area in Minnesota Attendees: 800 Each The specifications are as follows: One (1) Each - LARGE GENERAL SESSION ROOM Ten (10) Each - WORKSHOP BREAKOUT ROOMS Thirty-Five (35) Each - VENDOR AREA WITH 35 TABLES AND 60 CHAIRS Two (2) Each - COUNSELING BREAK ROOMS One (1) Each - STAFF OPERATIONS ROOM Six (6) Each - CHILD CARE BREAKOUT ROOMS One (1) Each - AUDIO VISUAL 800 Each - ADULT MORNING REFRESHMENTS 75 Each - CHILD MORNING REFRESHMENTS 800 Each - ADULT BUFFET LUNCH 75 Each - CHILD LUNCH One (1) Each - AUDIO VISUAL 500 Each - Parking if Applicable PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: 0010137788 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation W912LM-12-T-0018. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 721110 - Business Size is $30 Million or NAICS Code 711310 - Business Size $7 Million. The Government intends to evaluate based on availability, space to support the number of attendees, information and data submitted with quote to award contract based on Best Value to the Government.
