- Solicitation Number: W9124D-12-T-0084 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Synopsis: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command MCO- Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for the Lodging, Banquet, and Conference support for the Seattle Rec Bn. In the Seattle, WA area: The period of performance is 23 March 2012 through 25 arch 2012. The contractor shall furnish food, facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 721110 (Size Standard: $7M) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. The RFP will be posted to ASFI/FedBizOpp on or about 16 March 2012 with quotes due on or about 20 March 2012. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. This action is unrestricted; all responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) prior to the closing date listed in the solicitation. Prior to registering in CCR, contractors must obtain a DUN and Bradstreet number at 1-800-333-0505.
