- Sources Sought - The VHA may have an upcoming opportunity for a Small Business Entity. Requirement is for Contract Close-Out Services using contract writing tool eCMS and finance writing tool IFCAP. 1. VHA is looking at the possiblity of centralizing this office in Pittsburgh, PA or possibly another location OR may be performed at contractor site OR maybe in varies VHA field office - please send capabilities to this affect. 2. Close-Out personnel will be covering 9 regions - from upper New England to Florida to Puerto Rico and one office in the central states. 3. Current # of contracts needing close-out are currently over 32,000. Close-out file #s are expected to decrease with each year. 4. VHA is considering a per file close-out fixed-price IDIQ contract OR a Fixed Labor Rate IDIQ contract, issuing Task Orders up to an established ceiling. Please send thoughts on this approach or other ideas. 5. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS ENTITY THAT CAN PERFORM THIS SCOPE AND SCALE PLEASE EMAIL ME AT STEPHANIE.GOE@VA.GOV. Please send me a capability statement and past work you have performed as close to this scope and scale as possible. Anticipated solicitation release date is April 15th.
