- Request for quote for the installation, repair and testing of two Meggitt Defense Elevated moving armored target systems (MATS) that the installation owns. Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003. The successful bidder will be required to perform the tasks as detailed in the attachment. Provide all required knowledge, experience, test and other equipment, tools, spare parts, and power sources.
