- Amendment #4 dated March 15, 2012 Corrections and Clarifications to RFP F12SOL10010 dated February 28, 2012. B.3.1 incorrectly lists a single option. There are four options as described in the plans, specifications, and bid schedule. B.7 incorrectly states that the completion date is 780 calendar days after NTP. The correct completion time is 393 days/56 weeks as listed in the plans, specifications, and other parts of the RFP. L.16.3 - with price elements has been deleted. Bidders should only fill out the bid schedule that was provided with the RFP. The bid sheet provided with RFP has two tabs. Reminder, The due date for proposals is 3:00PM EST, on March, 27, 2012
