Description

RECOVERY-THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). ARRA CLAUSES 52.204-11 AND 52.203-15 DO NOT APPLY TO THE WORK UNDER THIS MODIFICATION. FUNDING FOR THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED CLAUSES. FEDERAL REPORTING AND TRACKING FOR THIS CONTRACT IS LIMITED TO FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,663,448.08. The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance 30 days at no additional cost to the Government. Section 2, Statement of Work, Section 6, Period of Performance is hereby changed as follows: DELETE: The period of performance shall be September 30, 2010 through March 15, 2012. ADD: The period of performance shall be September 30, 2010through April 15, 2012. Pursuant to this modification, the total amount of the task order, $4,741,433.32, remains unchanged.
