- THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE PREVOUS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED ON FEBRUARY 8, 2012. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about April 16, 2012. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the Renovation/Construction of the New Canteen at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. This renovation/construction shall be constructed as required by the plans and specifications. Solicitation will be issued set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about April 16, 2012. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the VA Sierra Nevada Facility. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents. Estimated project cost is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
