- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQNNA12421633Q-UTU FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION UTILIZATION SYSTEM - RADIUS -4D SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT. Companies shall acknowledge allamendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subjectsynopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add the following information regarding Section 508compliance:Section 508 compliance requirements:The requirement for 4D software programming maintenance and development is subject toSection 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Electronic and Information Technology (EIT)Accessibility. The Contractor is responsible to make the software accessible to peoplewith disabilities. Complete information on EIT accessibility and Section 508, isavailable via Internet at http://www.section508.gov.Specifically, the Contractor must propose EIT products and/or services that meet theapplicable accessibility standards identified in 36 CFR 1194.41 - Information,documentation and support.The due date for receipt of offers is extended through 4:30PM P.S.T on 03/20/2012.
