- This solicitation will be posted on or about March 29, 2012, the due date will be on or about April 30, 2012. The Clearwater Project Office has a main administrative building which contains approximately 10 separate office rooms, a kitchen area, a lobby, two conference rooms, five restrooms, multiple corridors and hallways. The building has been cleaned on a year round basis by contract personnel. This award is to maintain the Clearwater Project Administrative buildings and grounds in a clean, sanitary environment on a biweekly basis. The Janitorial Services performed at the Clearwater Project Office, services include providing all necessary persons, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to perform cleaning services at the Clearwater Project Office. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and (2) options period of 12 months each.
