Description
Wage Determination applicable to this solicitation. Buildings List, square footages Aerial photo, Mud Lake, ID Aerial photo, Headquarters, Dubois, ID Statement of Work (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation No. AG-32SD-S-12-0008 is issued as an RFQ (Request for Quotation). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57. (iv) This procurement is set-aside for small business; the NAICs code is 561710, $7.0M is small business size standard. (v) Line Item No. 001. BASE YEAR: Provide rodent control services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. 12 months. Line Item Nos. 002-004 are Option Years One through Four, respectively. (vi) The work is described in the attached Statement of Work and associated attachments. (vii) The work will begin upon award and continue for the 365 days, for the BASE YEAR. The location is USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Sheep Experiment Station, 19 Office Loop, Dubois, ID at their Headquarters and MudLake locations. See Statement of Work for exact locations and addresses. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The offeror may provide his/her quote on letterhead stationery. The full text of the clause is available at www.acqnet.gov (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria are price, experience and past performance (references). (x) Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with your offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
