- Delineated Area for Fountain County, IN WANTED TO LEASE BY USDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Covington (Fountain County), Indiana, is interested in leasing approximately 3,664 rentable square feet of office space together with 21 onsite paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,172 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 3,331 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. Preference will be given to first floor space. LEASE TERM : 10 (ten) years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within an area bound on the north by SOUTH SIDE OF COMMERICAL ST, east by WEST SIDE OF COUNTY RD 400 W, south by NORTH SIDE OF COUNTY RD 200 S, west by EAST SIDE OF WABASH RIVER. See Attached Map. OCCUPANCY : Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT CONSIDER OFFERS OF SPACE LOCATED IN A 100 YEAR FLOOD PLAIN. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable Square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available 6.
