- Revised Pre-solicitation Notice: This is a three-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) project, not to exceed $200,000.00. The work consists of preparation, implementation, mop-up, and patrol of local prescribed-fire incidents for fuels management purposes. The Contractor will be responsible for all equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, lodging, personnel (including their supervision and management), necessary to perform the work. In accordance with Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2001 Public Law 106-291, Contracting Officers from the USDA Forest Service, Willamette National Forest, and US Fish and Wildlife Service, Willamette Valley National Wildlife Refuge Complex, will be authorized to issue task orders against this contract. Project sites will be located in Northwest Oregon within Benton, Lane, Linn, Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. The estimated start work date is June 1, 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 115310, Support Services for Forestry (Fuels Management). Bonds are not required. Liability insurance will be required after award. The full, detailed solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net on or about March 21, 2012. Paper copies are no longer available. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
