- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii, Ft Shafter intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number: W912CN-12-T-0095. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 335999 and Small Business Standard is 500 employees. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. All quotes and offers will only be accepted through the authorized Government Point of Entry, Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business Web Site at this address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii, Ft. Shafter requests proposals from qualified sources capable of providing the following supplies: A quantity of four (4) 12/24 Volt Charging/Recovery Units on wheels; ability to use for multiple types of lead-acid batteries. A quantity of one (1) 12-Station Heavy Duty (HD) 12-Volt Rolling Pallet Charger; ability to recharge up to 12 batteries simultaneously on or off the vehicle.
