- This special notice from the national business center is to notify the contractor community of the intent to award sole source to Java Systems Solutions. Due to the unique and specialized functional and technical considerations being supported at NBC, Java Systems Solutions Limited is the only vendor with compatible software satisfy the need of this particular requirement. Please see the attached limited source justification for more detailed information. This requirement is new service and is given authority under the authority of FAR 6302-1. The naics code for this requirement is 517110. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation; however, interested persons may identify their interest and respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 03/16/2012, 1300 MST.
