- Description
- A Pre-Proposal Conference for the USAFE Foreign Bus Procurement will be held at Kapaun Air Station, Building 2789, Kisling Conference Room. The conference will begin at 1100 hours on 16 March 2012. Each CONTRACTOR TEAM is limited to two (2) participants for this briefing. In order to facilitate better communication at the Pre-Proposal Conference, interested parties should submit questions/comments in writing to Winfried Klein, e-mail winfried.klein@ramstein.af.mil and Andrea Pitt, e-mail andrea.pitt@ramstein.af.mil. Questions/comments must be received no later than 1200, 15 March 2012. Contractors should RSVP by COB 14 March 2012, via e-mail, of their intent to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. Please provide the names, company being represented, and point of contact information (business mailing address and telephone number). For RSVP notification, please contact: Winfried Klein, e-mail winfried.klein@ramstein.af.mil and Andrea Pitt, e-mail andrea.pitt@ramstein.af.mil. EMAIL SUBJECT: USAFE Foreign Bus Procurement. Directions will be provided directly to registrants. The Government will not reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any costs incurred in responding or for subsequent exchanges of information. The Government intends to publish the questions and comments received as a result of the Pre-Proposal Conference.
