SF18-REQUEST FOR QUOTE & CLAUSES SOLICITATION NO: HSCG82-12-Q-PMV211 TITLE: Storage Building Demolition PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: USCG Cutter SEAHAWK Carrabelle Mooring Carrabelle, Florida 32322 CLASSIFICATION CODE: Z-Repair & Renovations RESPONSE DATE: 04/02/2012 SET-ASIDE: SMALL BUSINESS This project is to furnish all labor; materials and equipment to provide demolish the structure and abandon utilities of the Storage Building at the Coast Guard Carrabelle Moorings. The performance period will be 30 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 238910. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $14.0 million. A payment protection is required. A written request for quotation is issued. The anticipated award date is 30 days after quotations are due. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
