- This announcement serves as a pre-solicitation notice only and not a solicitation. The Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services, intends to issue a solicitation to acquire administrative, data and analysis, information technology programming, and professional editor support services. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This acquisition is being solicited utilizing FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, pursuant to FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract to result from the solicitation. Proposals are not being solicited or accepted at this time. All interested vendors should follow the instructions described below: Prospective offerors must be registered in the CCR database prior to award of contract. Prospective contractors may register electronically via website: www.ccr.gov. The due date and time for submission of offers will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about 15 March 2012. Offerors shall be responsible for monitoring the website for amendments to the solicitation until it closes. The RFP must be retrieved and downloaded from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the RFP will be issued. All amendments will be posted and must be retrieved from this website. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled. Facsimile and E-mail submission will not be accepted. Offers must be hand-delivered or mailed to reach the Office of Procurement Services, U.S. Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Room S4307, Washington, DC, 20210 not later than the date and time specified in the solicitation.
