- Description
- The National Cancer Institute (NCI), Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences, is interested in soliciting proposals from organizations interested in providing Technical Support for the SEER-Medicare Data maintained by the Applied Research Program of the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences, National Cancer Institute. The successful offeror will: review requests to use the SEER-Medicare data, manuscripts written with the data, conduct an annual training class on the use of the SEER-Medicare data, assess the linkages that NCI generates for tables and graphs from the SEER-Medicare data, and review and update the technical support portion of the website that houses the SEER-Medicare database. It is anticipated that one (1) cost reimbursement, level of effort contract will be awarded for a 5 year period of performance beginning on or about September 15, 2012. Request for Proposal No. N02-PC-25003-20 will be available on or about March 17, 2012, and may be accessed through the FedBuzOpps website and the National Cancer Institute home page at http://rcb.cancer.gov/rcb-internet/index.jsp. The proposed acquisition is an open competition for a purchase order currently held by University of Minnesota on Purchase No. HHSN261201100385P. The NAICS code is 541990 with a size standard of $7 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice does not commit the Government to award a contract. No collect calls will be accepted. No facsimile transmissions will be accepted. POTENTIAL OFFERORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE SOLICITATION AND AMENDMENTS. ALL INQUIRIES SHALL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER LISTED AS THE POINT OF CONTRACT HEREIN.
