- Insurance Coverage and Limits This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/ proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CC12HQQ0010 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency building at 1700 G Street, NW, insurance coverage. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 524126, Direct Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers. The contractor shall provide an insurance policy that provides coverage for the OCC located at 1700 G Street, NW Washington, DC 20552 for a base year beginning April 15, 2012 and one (1) option year. If the proposal is for the base year only, clearly specify that you are not providing a quote fo the option year. The building was erected in 1977 with steel reinforced concrete in an L-shape design with seven stories above ground, a basement, and tow underground parking levels. The skin of the building is a combination of limestone and insulated glass. The facility is 494,872 square feet and is fully sprinkeler-ed and alarmed. The alarm system is local, monitored by on-site security and engineering personnel twenty four hours per day, seven days per week. The required minimum coverage limits are found in Attachment A. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial terms and conditions: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5; Contract Termsand Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
