- Tent Rentals Tent Rentals, Fort Bliss, Texas; Fort Hood I, Texas; Fort Hood II, Texas; Fort Sam Houston, Texas; Fort Sill, OK; Peterson AFB, Colorado; Randolph AFB, Texas; and USAF Academy, Colorado. The Period of Performance varies between commissaries, but includes April 28 through June 4, 2012 and August 28 through October 9, 2012. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about March 12, 2012 with a tentative closing date of March 26, 2012. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532299 and the business size standard is $7 million. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the specified NAICS code 532299 in order to be eligible for a contract award.
