Description
Electrical Calculation Specifications Structural Drawings Hydro-sanitary Drawings General location Electrical Drawings Architectural Drawings Price Proposal Breakdown SF 25a SF 25 SF 1442 RFP The U.S. Department of State, American Embassy in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking qualified offerors for the construction of a police station in Tumaco, Narino, Colombia. The project entails the construction of thirteen (13) modules which are one story buildings distributed as follows: Four (4) lodging modules, four (4) bathroom modules, two (2) office modules, one (1) operations room module, one (1) living/dining/storage module and one (1) planning area/conference room module. The construction will include activities such as earthworks, material filling and compacting, concrete structures, masonry, finishing, utilities, connectivity, sidewalks and exterior works. The total area for the project is 700 square meters. The solicitation is planned for release on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) around mid to late February. It is anticipated that construction will start as soon as possible after contract award, with a performance period of approximately 150 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed for Construction to substantial completion. The resulting contract type will be firm fixed-price, and the estimated value of construction is between $545,000.00 and $695,000.00 USD. The solicitation will be unrestricted to allow U.S. and non U.S. firms to participate in the selection process. Obtaining the solicitation: The solicitation, including drawings and specifications, will be available for download from FedBizOpps - website: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation, as well as all other associated documents for this project, will not be issued on CD unless there are technical difficulties that cannot be promptly corrected on the FedBizOpps website. All notifications of changes to this solicitation will be made through the Internet only. It is the responsibility of prospective offerors to check for any posted changes to the solicitation. NO solicitation documents will be mailed, faxed or emailed to prospective offerors. Proposals will be accepted from both U.S. and non U.S. firms; all correspondence will be written in English.
