- EPA Region 7 seeks to procure Fume Hood and Bio Safety Cabinet Certification Services as prescribed in the attached Performance Work Statement. This is a combined/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-KS-12-00010 is applicable and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular to date. The requirement is for a small business set-aside under NAIC Code 541380 Testing Laboratories.
