The primary services required at the US Navy Support Site Gricignano is Annex 15 “ Facilities Support including but not limited to Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management (Cooking Oil/Grease & Recyclables), Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping, Pavement Clearance (Street Sweeping), and Service Calls. Secondary Annexes are 16 Utilities (Wastewater) and 18 Environmental. In addition to the above Company Information Form, please answer the following: 1.Does your company regularly engage in the business of providing the types of services (multi-function facility support contracts that include two or more technical annexes) listed above in the sources sought? If yes, please list the specific types of tasks/services provided and for how long your company has provided these types of services. 2.List any contracts your company is currently performing that would be considered the same or similar to this effort (scope, complexity), as well as those you have completed within the last five years. Please include: (a) Name of Contracting Activity, (b) Contract type (FFP, cost, IDIQ, or Combination), (c) Period of Performance, (d) Basic Contract Award Amount with Options, (e) Contract Value Per Year, (f) Current/Final Contract Amount, (g) Summary of Contract Work, (h) Contracting Officer Name and Current Telephone Number, and (i) List of Major Subcontractors and state the work the subcontractor performs. All data received in response to this Source Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
