- This Market Survey is being conducted to determine how many vendors are interested in the project reference below. The FAA is seeking all interested vendors who have the capability to provide goats to be used for the clearing of trees, brush, and other vegetation on a 72 acre site around the Hilo VOR in Hilo Hawaii. Please respond with the attached Business Declaration. This is a Market Survey only, and is solely for the planning purposes of the FAA. No contract of any kind will result from this survey.
