- Description
- Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has a requirement for One (1) Complete Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) High-Speed Imaging System with 640x512 Indium Antimonide focal plane array, and data recording system capable of recording full frame 14-bit video at up to 450 frames/second to be furnished to Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The period of performance is 60 days after award of contract. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This will be advertised utilizing full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334314 with a business size of 500 employees. A complete Request for Proposal (RFP) with detailed specifications will be available on or about 20 February 2012. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available. Please review the solicitation and attachments for this procurement once the RFP is posted. Please register as a source to be notified of RFP Amendments, etc. However, it is the responsibility of the contractors (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available information. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
