- 12TC0269 1) Type of Notification: Sources Sought (FBO) This is a sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5). The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. 2) Description: The contractor shall provide non-personal services, labor, and transportation required for the purchase and installation of a Nurse Call System in the Same Day Surgery Clinic on the 2nd floor of Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC) at Lackland AFB, TX. The services required are listed below and the list is not all inclusive: Installation of a Nurse Call System in the Same Day Surgery Clinic, PODS A-G. Installation will be provided in 30 Patient Rooms, 3 Bathrooms, and Zone Lighting in the corridors. The system will need to have the ability to connect with the current Novus Nurse Call System in place. The system will need to meet the Air Force Accreditation standards after installation. The Contractor must include all technical documentation and training on the system provided. The NAICS code of this procurement is 334220 and the size standard is 750. 3) This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. Interested sources should submit responses to Mr. Christopher M.
