- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG, Natick Contracting Division, intends to award one firm fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to Odyssian Technologies, LLC, South bend, IN for A 3-phase intelligent power load balancing prototype for Army shelters. Odyssian Technologies is the sole proprietor of these products at this time as they are the only company with the rights to the technology for these complex power load balancing systems for army shelters. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3612.
