- Solicitation Attached hereto is the Content Distribution Network Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation. The attached solicitation contains all information necessary to submit a proposal. Proposals shall be in writing and signed by an official who is authorized to bind the organization. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Myria Carpenter by email (mecarpen@bbg.gov) or fax (202-382-7870) and received before the deadline of 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Saving Time on March 23, 2012. Offerors shall submit an original and four (4) copies of their technical proposals and an original and one copy of their price proposals. Technical and price proposals must be submitted separately. All proposals must be sent via courier or overnight delivery and received by the BBG before the deadline below. Proposals should be addressed to ATTN: Myria Carpenter, The Broadcasting Board of Governors, Office of Contracts, 330 C Street, SW, Room 4007, Washington, DC 20237 and received before 12:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Saving Time on April 21, 2012. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Agency.
