- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Harris Corporation, 221 Jefferson Ridge Parkway, Lynchburg, VA 24501, for Infrastructure Maintenance for the Harris P25 Narrowband Version # 6.2.1 Land Mobile Radio System at West Point. This service shall include 24 hours a day, 7 days a week maintenance with 4 hour onsite response time to system failures. The anticipated period of performance is from 26 March 2012 through 25 September 2012. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 811213 and the size standard is $10 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
