Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 520-11-120, Upgrade Restrooms, New Wardrobes & Miscellaneous Improvements Bldg. 5, Biloxi, MS. The cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 March 2012. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be available. Performance period is 145 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5M. All interested SDVOSB firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov, must be registered and verified as a SDVOSB at the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages at vip.vetbiz.gov, must have a current record in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at orca.bpn.gov and must have a current VETS-100 report on file at www.dol.gov/vets/programs/fcp/main.htm.
