- The purpose of this amendment to BAA W911W6-12-R-0012 is to publish all questions and responses received and provided to date. (Set 2 of 2) Question 13: Will references be included in the 50pg count for the Technical Volume? Response 13: A list of references will not count toward the 50 page limit. Question 14: Are the contractors permitted to consider / propose Classified technologies in support of customer technical objectives? Is the customer positioned to support the handling of Classified material under this contract? Response 14: The Government requests that proposals be unclassified. If selected for a potential award, the Government will approach the generation of classified data/technology as part of negotiations. The proposal should provide the specific classification guide reference and justification (to the extent possible) of the work. Question 15: We would like to provide a separate one-page, double-sided, laminated reference guide as a convenient tool that will allow the reviewers of the Multi Role Rotor BAA to have a greater understanding of the multiple technologies discussed in our response. Will such a reference guide count toward the 50pg Technical Volume page limit for W911W6-12-R-0012? Response 15: Such a reference guide would count toward the 50 page Technical Volume page limit.
