- Scope of Work INVITATION TO SITE VISIT Exeter Job Corps Academy, 162 Main Street, Exeter, RI The Exeter Job Corps Academy is currently seeking bids following a site visit for the following service: HVAC equipment relocation The site visit will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 9:00 at the above address. Bids will be accepted until COB on 3/30/12. Please ensure that all bids are submitted on your company letterhead. Include with your bid current state or federal licenses, references, proof of insurance and workers compensation. Bidders must conform to the latest Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rate decisions for the area. If contract is awarded, contractor must submit copies of employee time cards to Center for duration of contract. The project Scope of Work is attached.
