- The purpose of this modification to solicitation W911RZ-12-T-0037 is to post the question received and provide an answer to all vendors. The question received is as follows: On such short notice are you still requiring photos, descriptions, etc. by 5:00 M.D.T. on 12 March 2012? Answer: If the vendor can ensure what they are providing meets the requirments listed on the Performance Work Statement than photos will not be required. However, the vendor must specify exactly what is being quoted in detail if a visual aid cannot be provided.
