Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. Non-Commercial and is not a Critical Safety Item. NSN is a Critical Item Application Item. Surge and Sustainment are not applicable to this NSN. Approved sources of supply are PTI TECHNOLOGIES INC., CAGE 05228, P/N 7592399101, PALL AEROPWER CORPORATION, CAGE 18350, P/N AC9780F-15Y6, PUROLATOR FACET, INC., CAGE 90005, P/N 1744586. Configurarion Control applies to this NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 6300 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 1575 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 6300 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 1575 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 6300 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 12,600 each. The requested delivery is 90 days ARO.
