- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-R-12-0095 for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to provide Janitorial Services at the Hampton National Cemetery, Cemetery Road at Marshall Avenue, Hampton VA 23669 and one restroom located at the Phoebus addition ¾ miles away on Country St. Performance consists of daily and semi-annual cleaning services of approximately 1,779/sq. ft. of space. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard is $16.5 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Erma Keown, Contract Specialist in writing at erma.keown@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 14, 2012. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 27, 2012. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
