- The Air Armament Center Operational Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL, has awarded a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one each Advanced Wideband Analyzer, Recorder and Emitter System (AWARES) from Aeroflex Cupertino, of Cupertino, CA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 27 March 2012. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: AWARES system, QTY: 1 each. Broad Band Signal Generator set up to transmit and record simultaneously to stimulate a system under test and record and analyze the response signal. The primary purpose is electronic warfare system testing. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334515, small business size standard: 500 employees.
