- This is a combined Synopsis for the purchase of Hot Mix Asphalt (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-12-T-0023 shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 (Effective 3 JAN 2012). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 324121 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v-vi) Hot Mix Asphalt surface course to be delivered in increments and at times requested by Technical POC. Freight Charges need to be added separately. Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-12-T-0023 for CLIN details. (vii) The contractor shall deliver no later than 30 days after contract date. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-12-T-0023 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. (xiv) Quotes are required to be received by the 19 th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 12:00 P.M. CST, Friday, 23 March 2012.
