- standard form 25A Standar Form 25 Standard Form 33 Cover letter solicitation The International Boundary Commission, United States and Canada (IBC), is mandated by treaty to maintain an effective boundary line between the two countries. This is accomplished, in part, by keeping a 20-foot wide strip (vista), 10 feet in each country, clear of trees, brush and other obstructions and the boundary monuments in good repair. This is a 50.85 mile vista-cutting project located along the 141 st Meridian a rugged, remote segment of the Alaska Yukon boundary. Monument 139 which is at the north end of this project is located approximately 35 miles south of the Poker Creek Port of entry. Monument 157 the south end of this project is located approximately 15 miles north of the ALCAN highway crossing.
