- RFQ - Resolution Indexing and EDCM price schedule Resolution Indexing Services/Electronic Document and Content Mangement Software and Services The purpose of this solicitation is to award a contract to provide services for indexing Resolutions adopted by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Board of Directions (Board) from inception-1966-to date in a fully-searchable electronic system. The electronic system must provide individuals inside and outside WMATA with the ability to search the Resolutions by 1) browsing by topic (using a WMATA-provided topical structure); 2) full text searching; and 3) any other means the contractor wishes to propose (e.g. index, reference tables). In order to provide open access to the public at no charge, the electronic system will be hosted on the internet either by the contractor or by WMATA, whichever is more cost-effective and efficient. Since the Board passes resolutions monthly, the electronic system will need to be updated monthly, either by WMATA self-supplementing or through a supplement service provided by the contractor, whichever is more cost-effective and efficient.
