- Statement of Work for maintenance service requirement. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to award a sole source contract to the Eastman Kodak Company for maintenance services pursuant to the authority cited at FAR 6.302-1. The intent of this procurement is to provide annual maintenance services, including replacement supplies and other parts as specified, for a NexPress 2100 digital press and two (2) Digimaster 9110 digital copiers, as specified in the Statement of Work. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes/proposals/responses received within five (5) business days of this posting shall be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
