- Description
- The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for Janitorial, Landscaping, Solid Waste and Raw Sewage Disposal Services for Mosquito Creek Lake, Cortland, OH. The services include, but not limited to, grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, herbicide application, cleaning of offices, restrooms, solid waste and raw sewage removal. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The period of performance will be 01 May 2012 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 April 2013, with four one-year option periods. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) database before receiving a contract award (go to www.ccr.gov to register). The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued approximately 30 March 2012 on line only through Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website; therefore, requests for hard copies for the solicitation will not be honored. Solicitation can be viewed by visiting the following websites at https://acquisition.army.mil or http://www.fbo.gov.
