- RFQ SUMMARY OF WORK: The work includes demolition of facilities at the Norshore Administrative Site. Work includes demolition of designated building structures (with concrete foundations, slabs, etc.), other concrete structures, disconnecting and removal of identified utilities, and removal of all miscellaneous items, as identified in this Work Statement. Work also includes the testing of structures for hazardous materials, remediation and disposal of hazardous materials. Work at the Northsore Administrative Site include the demolition of the old abandoned maintenance camp bunk building and raminaing structure for the abandoned maintenance garage with all associated utlities. Work also includes removal of related foundation and concrete structures. Backfill of concrete foundation void shall be completed and site shall be restored to blend into surrounding landscape. The work also includes demolition, removal, hauling off forest, and legally disposing in landfill or as hazmat, all structures, footings, underground septic tanks, chimneys, various concrete slabs and retaining walls, and non-native materials and debris. Wells and septic tanks shall be decommissioned according to county requirements.
