- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for Test Equipment.The minimum specification parameters for the system are as follows:Refurbished-Modular configuration with mainframe, clock module, pattern generatormodules and error analyzer modulesRefurbished-Data generation and detection from 333 Kb/s to 13.5 Gb/s modulationrates. Can be in two separate plug-ins sets: one from 620 Mb/s to 13.5 Gb/s and another333 Kb/s to 675 Mb/sRefurbished-Clock from 1 kHz to 13.5 GHzRefurbished-IEEE-1394 Controller Interface (VXI)1eaRefurbishedAgilent E8403A1eaRefurbishedAgilent E8491B1eaRefurbishedAgilent E4809A1eaRefurbishedAgilent N4872A1eaRefurbishedAgilent N4873A1eaRefurbishedAgilent E4832A2eaRefurbishedAgilent E4838A2eaRefurbishedAgilent E4835AZ This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to usethe On-Line RFQ system to submit their quote. The On-line RFQ system is linked above orit may be accessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. The information required by FAR Subpart 12.6 is included in the on-line RFQ.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing by e-mail todorothy.s.baskin@nasa.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on 03/15/12.It is the quoter'sresponsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any).
