- Synopsis-Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3B7CW2040A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for purchase of Linens for 423 FSS //CLIN 0001: 6 DOZEN 90"X120" Flat Sheet White on white stripe, T250, single pick construction, 60/40 cotton/poly blend, premium crease-resistant finish, 2" x 2" hems, hem thread color must identify size. //CLIN 0002: 15 DOZEN 60"X80", Fitted Sheet White on White Stripe, T250, single pick construction, 60/40 cotton/poly blend, premium crease-resistant finish, must fit mattresses up to 14" thick, hem thread color must identify size. //CLIN 0003: 12 DOZEN 66"X115" Flat Sheet White, T250, single pick construction, 60/40 cotton/poly blend, premium crease-resistant finish, 2" x 2" hems, hem thread color must identify size. //CLIN 0004: 12 DOZEN 39"X80", Fitted Sheet White, T250, single pick construction, 60/40 cotton/poly blend, premium crease-resistant finish, must fit mattresses up to 14" thick; hem thread color must identify size. //CLIN 0005: 90 EACH 39"X80", Mattress Pad, Twin-XL White, machine thread quilted, 50/50 poly cotton top and bottom, 3.6 oz polyester fill, hypoallergenic, tear resistant, easy to maintain, spandex anchor band on each corner to provide a secure guaranteed fit on mattresses up to 14" thick. //CLIN 0006: 40 EACH 90"X90", Blanket, EcoPure, Queen White, T240, 100% cotton tick with EcoPure or equal, 14oz hypo-allergenic polyfill with a 6" sewn-through box construction to keep fill in place. Easy care machine wash and dry. //CLIN 0007: 16 DOZEN 15"X25", Kitchen Towel 100% Cotton; Tan & White, Blue & White, or Green & White in a checkered pattern. Must match as a set, and must match CLIN 0008. //CLIN 0008: 16 DOZEN 12"X12", Dishcloth Must match as a set, and must match CLIN 0007. //CLIN 0009: 60 EACH 76"X92, Blanket, EcoPure, Twin/Full White, T240, 100% cotton tick with EcoPure or equal, 14oz hypo-allergenic polyfill with a 6" sewn-through box construction to keep fill in place.
